What: A debate of political issues by 4th & 5th grade students, supported by K-3rd grade students.

 

When: Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at 8:15 a.m.

 

Where: Peabody Elementary Cafeteria

 

Who: All interested parents and community members are invited!

 

Why: To help our students develop the thinking, writing and speaking skills they need to become strong and active citizens.

 

Volunteers Needed!

Volunteers are still needed for the following shifts:

●     Tuesday, October 30, 4:00-6:00 p.m. to decorate the cafeteria for the debate (3 volunteers needed)

●     Wednesday, October 31, 6:15-7:00 a.m. to decorate the school entrance (2 volunteers needed)

●     Wednesday, October 31, 8:00-11:30 a.m. to help manage the debate and election (3 volunteers needed)
