A message from Peabody Principal Melanie Nelson: 

Peabody is celebrating our recognition for exceeding the District average (20.8%) and State average (34%) for ELA(Reading) on the  2016-2017 TNReady Assessment.  Peabody Elementary grades 3-5 scored 38.6 % in ELA on the Spring TNReady Assessment.  The State of TN only tested students in grades 2-5.  However, the State scores only include scores from grades 3-5.

We know our teachers in grades 3-5 appreciate the strong reading foundational skills taught by our fabulous kindergarten-second grade teachers.

We are so proud of our wonderful ELA teachers in grades 3-5.  A job well done and you should be celebrated!
