At Peabody, our families can dig in.

We want to support our teachers and staff so that we can make our school a great experience for everyone who walks through our school doors.

That’s why we’re asking you to join a team. And we’ve got a lot of them! It might be Room Parents, Watchdogs, Communication, Fundraising, Accelerated Readers, Gardening or even Team Fun! So sign up for one, sign for a few — you can do as much or as little on each team as you want.

And if you’ve already signed up for a team, take a look at this list again.  We’ve added a few.  We also have a few Peabody PTA Board Positions that could use someone wonderful like you!

The Peabody PTA will hold our first meeting of the year Monday, August 28. It will be held in the Peabody library from 5:30-6:30pm. You will learn more about what PTA is and what we do, meet the board members and committee leaders, and learn ways to get involved. The board members will review the agenda, and you are welcome to listen in and give feedback.

Whether you can attend the meeting or not, please consider becoming a PTA member. The yearly dues are only $5.00 for individual or $10 for a family. You are not required to do anything if you become a member but are welcome to get as involved as you’d like. The PTA membership and dues help the PTA do great things for our teachers, staff, and school! Hope to see you next Monday!

The Peabody PTA is involved in so many great activities that benefit our Eagles. And communication about upcoming events and important reminders is just one of those services that Peabody PTA provides to our families.

That’s why we’re collecting emails for the 2017-2018 school year, so that you can be as engaged as you can be. But we can’t send you emails until you opt in.  Relatives and teachers are encouraged to sign up!
