Registration
Whether you are brand new to Peabody Elementary or the school is like your second home - every child has to register, every year. Here's what you'll need.
Early registration is July 25th, 26th, 27th from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Regular registration is July 31st from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
New students to MCS- Bring the following items to register.• Child’s birth certificate, certified.
• Child's social security card
• Child's current immunization record - on TN Certificate- Dr. Office has this document
• Child's current physical examination- on TN Certificate- Dr. Office has this document
• 2011-12 Report Card with final grades
• 3 proofs of residency such original MLGW bill, phone bill, lease/mortgage statement or other current mail to the custodial parent(s)/guardian(s) for IN-District Student or Letter of Approval for Open Enrollment for OUT-of-District student. We will not accept a copy of the documents mentioned above.
Returning to Peabody or MCS students - Bring the following items to register.• 2011-12 Report Card with final grades
• 3 proofs of residency such original MLGW bill, phone bill, lease/mortgage statement or other current mail to the custodial parent(s)/guardian(s) for IN-District Student or Letter of Approval for Open Enrollment or Peabody Optional School for OUT-of-District student. We will not accept a copy of the documents mentioned above.
